The Canadian Dental Care Plan, launched in December 2023, is administered by Health Canada in collaboration with Employment and Social Development Canada, through Service Canada, and Sun Life. If you would like information about this plan, you are encouraged to consult the following resource:

Member feedback survey – 2024

If you have contacted the Pension Centre in the last 3 months, you may receive a phone call or email inviting you to participate in a member feedback survey about your experience with the Pension Centre, and to see if our services met your expectations. The email will be sent by the research firm Advantis.

Completing the survey is voluntary. Your participation will be kept confidential. What you tell us won’t have an impact on your pension payments or essential services.

The survey period will end February 2025.
